1. Claiming Items: When you claim an item during a live sale, it is added to your basket. All claims are considered a binding commitment to purchase.
2. Payment Deadline: All claimed items must be paid in full within 24 hours of the live sale ending. Failure to pay within this time will result in forfeiture.
3. Non-Payment & Forfeiture: If payment is not received by the deadline, all claimed items will be automatically forfeited along with the deposit paid and may be offered to other buyers. Any deposits or pre-payments are non-refundable.
4. Chargebacks: Filing a chargeback after claiming items in violation of these terms is considered a breach of our policy. All documentation, including proof of agreement and live sale claims, will be provided to dispute chargebacks.
5. Repeat Offenders: Buyers who fail to pay or who file unjustified chargebacks may be blocked from future sales.
