If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out to us as soon as possible.
We require clear evidence (photos and/or videos) showing the damage or incorrect item to assess the situation.
To report an issue, please email us at creativebutterfly2022@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving your order. After 5 days we are unable to refund or replace any items.
Custom Made Items:
Due to the custom nature of these products, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds.
Refunds are only permitted if the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
If you receive a defective or damaged custom item, please contact us at creativebutterfly2022@gmail.com with photos of the defects or damages within 5 days of receipt.
Requests made after 5 days from delivery will not be eligible for review.
Live Sale Claim & Payment Policy
1. Claiming Items: When you claim an item during a live sale, it is automatically added to your basket. All claims are considered a binding commitment to purchase. By completing checkout and acknowledging our policy checkbox, you confirm that you have read and agreed to our terms and conditions.
2. Payment Deadline: All claimed items must be paid in full within 24 hours of the live sale ending. Failure to pay within this timeframe will result in forfeiture.
3. Non-Payment & Forfeiture: If payment is not received by the deadline, all claimed items will be automatically forfeited along with the deposit paid. These items may then be offered to other buyers. Please note that all deposits and pre-payments are non-refundable.
4. Chargebacks: Filing a chargeback after claiming items in violation of these terms is considered a breach of policy. We will provide all supporting documentation, including proof of agreement and live sale claims, to dispute chargebacks.
5. Repeat Offenders: Buyers who fail to pay or who file unjustified chargebacks may be permanently blocked from future sales.
