Live Claim Orders:
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out to us as soon as possible.
- We require clear evidence (photos and/or videos) showing the damage or incorrect item to assess the situation.
- To report an issue, please email us at creativebutterfly2022@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving your order.
Custom Made Items:
- Due to the custom nature of these products, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds.
- Refunds are only permitted if the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
- If you receive a defective or damaged custom item, please contact us at creativebutterfly2022@gmail.com with photos of the defects or damages within 5 days of receipt.
- Requests made after 5 days from delivery will not be eligible for review.
