Our standard shipping schedule (absolute ship days) is Monday and Wednesday. Orders will be prepared and shipped on these scheduled ship days unless an earlier shipment is requested. If a customer requests shipment before the next scheduled ship day, orders with live sale claims and ready-to-ship items have a 1–2 business day turnaround time once payment is completed and cleared.
Custom items, including apparel, accessories, or any add-ons or modifications to accessories (such as rhinestones or other customizations), require a 5–7 business day turnaround time to allow for production and preparation.
Please note that weekends and holidays are not considered business days. Business days are Monday through Friday only. For example, if an order is placed on Thursday, Friday would count as the first business day and Monday would count as the second business day.
