Live Sale Claim & Payment Policy
1. Claiming Items: When you claim an item during a live sale, it is added to your basket. All claims are considered a binding commitment to purchase.
2. Payment Deadline: All claimed items must be paid in full within the specified timeframe. Failure to pay within this time will result in forfeiture.
3. Non-Payment & Forfeiture: If payment is not received by the deadline, all claimed items will be automatically forfeited and may be offered to other buyers. Any deposits or pre-payments are non-refundable.
4. Chargebacks: Filing a chargeback after claiming items in violation of these terms is considered a breach of our policy. All documentation, including proof of agreement and live sale claims, will be provided to dispute chargebacks.
5. Repeat Offenders: Buyers who fail to pay or who file unjustified chargebacks may be blocked from future sales.
Turnaround Time:
TikTok Live Claims: Orders claimed during our TikTok Lives are processed within 3-4 business days.
Custom Made Items: Custom orders are processed within 5-10 business days.
Combined Orders: If your order includes both live claim items and custom made items, the full order will follow the 5-10 business day turnaround time. Please note: Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
Shipping Information:
We offer a flat $8 shipping fee for all orders.
Once your order has been handed off to the post office, Creative Butterfly is no longer responsible for the speed, handling, or delivery process.Tracking information will be sent to your email once your shipping label is created. You will not receive tracking information if an email is not provided at checkout.
Lost or Damaged Packages:
Creative Butterfly is NOT responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
We DO NOT offer refunds for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, please contact your local postal service to file a claim.
