 DTF Transfer Instructions (Hot Peel)

1. Pre-press garment for 5 seconds at 300–315°F.
2. Place transfer face down, cover with parchment/Teflon.
3. Press at 300–315°F for 15-20 seconds, medium-firm pressure.
4. Peel hot right after pressing.
5. Cover and press again for 5 seconds to seal.

Patches For Apparel

1. Set Temperature: 320°F – 350°F (160°C – 175°C).
2. Pre-Press Garment: Press the garment for 5–10 seconds to remove moisture and wrinkles.
3. Position Patch: Place the patch in the desired spot. Use heat-resistant tape if needed to hold it in place.
4. Protect Patch: Cover with a Teflon sheet or parchment paper to prevent scorching.
5. Press: Apply medium to firm pressure for 12–15 seconds.
6. Cool Down: Allow the patch to cool for about 1 minute before checking edges. If edges lift, repeat for a few more seconds.

Pressing a Small Patch on a Hat

Using a Heat Press with Hat Attachment (Best Method)

1. Set Temperature: 320°F – 330°F (160°C – 165°C).
2. Load Hat: Place the hat on the hat press platen, making sure the surface is smooth and tight.
3. Position Patch: Place the patch where you want it, holding it with heat tape if needed.
4. Cover: Use a Teflon sheet or parchment paper over the patch.
5. Press: Apply firm pressure for 12–15 seconds.
6. Check & Re-Press: Allow to cool briefly, then check edges. If lifting, repress for another 5–8 seconds.

UVDTF Wrap Instructions

1. Clean surface with alcohol, let dry.
2. Peel wrap from backing.
3. Apply smoothly to surface, press out bubbles.
4. Peel off top film layer.
5. Press edges firmly—ready to use!
